Push Food Away

Here's a neat trick that can stop you overeating. We’ve all been in a situation where a bowl of tasty treats has been put in front of us and we just can’t stop ourselves. This could be at a party, around the house or even at your desk at work.

It’s so easy to let yourself have ‘one more’ and then find an empty bowl. 

This sort of thing can seriously wreck a good week of being careful about what you eat, and it could also make you look a bit greedy. You probably won’t feel good about yourself afterwards as well.

There is a very effective way to deal with this though, as you simply need to push the bowl away from you.

It doesn’t have to be far, or even out of sight, as this act will help create a mental barrier that should stop you eating. Rather than explain how it works, I suggest you simply try this yourself and see how effective it can be.
